1. What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, phone, organization), the project data you create (floor plans, snags, photos, reports), and basic technical data (device, app version, log timestamps) needed to run the service.

2. How we use it

To provide the service: authenticate you, sync and store your project data, generate reports, process subscriptions, and provide support. We do not sell your data.

3. Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is role-based per project. Media and reports are stored on secured cloud storage with time-limited access links.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the people you invite to your projects, and with service providers strictly necessary to operate (hosting, payment processing). Read-only client portal links share only what you choose to publish.

5. Retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, project data is kept for 30 days then permanently deleted. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
