Terms of Service

1. The service

Tsleem provides snag and handover management software for construction projects, delivered as a mobile app and web admin. We may update features over time.

2. Accounts & roles

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the people you invite. Access within a project is governed by role (owner, site manager, contractor, client).

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed per project, monthly, in EGP. A 7-day free trial is offered without a card. After the due date a 3-day grace period applies; an unpaid project becomes read-only without data loss until payment.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the service for others.

5. Your data

You own your project data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to your invited members and to operate the service.

6. Availability & liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. On cancellation, data is retained 30 days then deleted. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
