Handover,
sealed.
Tsleem is the unit-handover workspace for developers and contractors in Egypt. Pin snags on the floor plan, inspect from site with no signal, and hand over every key with a bilingual report.
Four steps from kick-off to keys.
Upload the plans
Add each floor plan from the dashboard. Images and PDFs both work, and every plan is named in Arabic and English.
Invite the team
Add site managers, contractors and read-only clients. Contractors see only the work assigned to them, and every change is recorded against a name.
Inspect from site
Tap the plan, drop a pin, photograph the snag, assign it. The app works with no signal and syncs when you are back in range.
Seal the handover
The client signs on the device. A bilingual PDF is generated with the photos, the signature and the snag history attached.
Everything a handover needs. Nothing it does not.
A punch list on the floor plan
Tap the unit, drop a pin, photograph the snag. Every issue lives on the architectural plan rather than in a chat thread.
Works with no signal
Crews inspect in basements and unfinished towers. Everything syncs when the signal returns, with no edits lost.
Bilingual PDF report
One tap exports the handover file in Arabic or English, with the photos, the snag history and the sign-off attached.
Contractor / manager / client
Contractors see only their assigned issues. Site managers see the tower. Clients get a read-only view and nothing else.
Read-only client portal
Share a secure web link and the client follows progress themselves — no app to install, no account to create.
Before and after photos
Each snag carries the photo that opened it and the photo that closed it, so the record survives the argument.
Priced per project. Monthly. No contracts.

Questions a delivery manager usually asks.
If yours is not here, we will answer it on a 20-minute call with a real handover file on screen.
01 Does it work in Arabic, right-to-left, end to end?
Yes. Every screen is bilingual — crews switch freely, and the exported PDF can be produced in Arabic or English. Numbers render as Arabic-Indic digits under Arabic.
02 What happens in a basement with no signal?
Inspections work fully offline. Photos, pins and edits are stored on the device and sync the moment the signal returns — you choose when to sync, so nobody burns their own data allowance by accident.
03 Do my contractors only see their own work?
Yes. A contractor sees the issues assigned to them and nothing else — not other trades, not the wider portfolio. Site managers see the whole project; clients get a read-only view.
04 Is there a free trial?
Seven days, no card required. You run a real project on it — upload real plans, inspect real units — rather than a sandbox.
05 How do I pay, and what if I pay late?
Monthly per project in EGP. You upload a payment proof and we confirm it. After the due date there is a 3-day grace period; past that the project turns read-only until payment clears. Nothing is deleted.
06 Is my data secure?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access enforced on every project. Each project is isolated: a member of one project cannot reach another, and we do not sell or share your data.
Ship the keys.
Keep the record.
Ninety seconds to open an account and upload a real plan. Run an inspection, generate a bilingual PDF, and hand over — the first 7 days are free.
